Ingredients
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Sesame seeds & chopped green onions for garnish
Spicy Mayo Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to your spice level)
1 tsp lime juice
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, green onions, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
2. Form into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
4. Mix all spicy mayo ingredients until smooth.
5. Drizzle spicy mayo over warm meatballs and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
