infused with a rich marinade of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and a touch of brown sugar or honey to create that signature Korean BBQ flavor.

Each meatball is carefully shaped and cooked to perfection, ensuring a juicy, mouthwatering bite every time.

Ingredients 🛒

🥩 1 lb ground beef

🧅 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced

🍯 2 tbsp brown sugar

🍶 3 tbsp soy sauce

🌶️ 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)

🌾 1 tbsp sesame oil

🥄 1 egg

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🌿 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

🥄 Sesame seeds & chopped green onions for garnish

🔥 Spicy Mayo Sauce:

🥣 1/4 cup mayonnaise

🌶️ 1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to your spice level)

🍋 1 tsp lime juice

🧂 Pinch of salt

Instructions 👩‍🍳

1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, green onions, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

2. Form into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.

3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes until cooked through.

4. Mix all spicy mayo ingredients until smooth.

5. Drizzle spicy mayo over warm meatballs and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
