The Surf and Turf Burger with Butter-Poached Lobster is a luxurious and indulgent culinary masterpiece that brings together the best of land and sea on a single plate.

At its heart is a perfectly grilled, juicy beef patty crafted from premium ground beef, seasoned to perfection to enhance its rich, savory flavor.

This decadent burger is topped with tender, buttery lobster meat that has been delicately poached in rich, clarified butter,

giving it a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a subtly sweet, oceanic flavor that perfectly complements the boldness of the beef.

Ingredients:

For the Burger:

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

4 brioche buns, toasted

1 cup fresh microgreens

For the Lobster:

2 lobster tails, split and cleaned

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 garlic clove, smashed

1 sprig fresh thyme or tarragon

Pinch of sea salt

Optional Garnishes:

Warm melted butter (for drizzling)

Pickled red onions

Crispy potato chips (side)

Instructions:

Poach the Lobster:

In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat with garlic and thyme. Keep heat low to avoid browning.

Add lobster tails and gently poach in butter for 6–8 minutes, or until meat is opaque and tender.

Remove and slice if desired. Reserve butter for drizzling.

Cook the Burgers:

Season beef patties with salt and pepper.

Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

Let rest for a minute.

Assemble:

Place beef patty on the bottom brioche bun.

Top with lobster meat.

Add microgreens.

Drizzle warm butter over the top.

Serve:

Cap with top bun and serve with potato chips and pickled onions on the side.
