📝 Ingredients:

🔹 1 lb flank steak or skirt steak, thinly sliced

🔹 1 tbsp olive oil

🔹 1 tsp chili powder

🔹 1 tsp cumin

🔹 1/2 tsp paprika

🔹 1/2 tsp garlic powder

🔹 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

🔹 Salt and pepper to taste

🔹 1 onion, thinly sliced

🔹 2 bell peppers (red and green), thinly sliced

🔹 1 lime, juiced

🔹 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

🔹 4-6 flour tortillas (small or medium)

🔹 Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, shredded cheese

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

➊ In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.

➋ Rub the seasoning mixture over the sliced steak, making sure each piece is well coated.

➌ Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak strips and cook for 4-5 minutes, until they are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

➍ In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell peppers. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.

➎ Return the steak to the skillet with the veggies and toss everything together. Add the lime juice and stir to combine.

➏ Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes, or until soft and warm.

➐ Serve the steak and bell pepper mixture in the warm tortillas, garnished with fresh cilantro. Add your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or shredded cheese.
