Ingredients:

2 eggs

2 apples

½ cup sugar

½ cup oil (seed oil)

½ cup milk

1 packet baking powder (16 g)

2½ cups flour (type 00)

Lemon/Orange flavoring

Powdered sugar (optional)

Preparation:

1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy.

2. Add milk, oil, flour, baking powder, and flavoring; mix well.

3. Peel and chop the apples, and fold them into the batter.

4. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 180°C for approx. 35–40 minutes.

5. Dust with powdered sugar after cooling.
