- 4 lobster tails
- 1 cup unsalted butter

Instructions:
1. Prepare your lobster tails by cutting through the top shell with kitchen shears, stopping just before the tail fin. This will make it easier to season and smoke. Gently pull the meat out slightly from the shell, laying it on top while keeping it attached.
2. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, add the lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine these flavors, creating a delicious and aromatic basting mixture.
