Sizzling Steak Fajitas Recipe
Sizzling Steak Fajitas are a classic Tex-Mex dish that brings together tender, flavorful strips of marinated steak, colorful sautéed bell peppers, and onions,
all served hot and sizzling right off the skillet. This recipe starts with high-quality flank or skirt steak, which is marinated in a zesty blend of lime juice, garlic,
cumin, chili powder, and a touch of smoky paprika, allowing the flavors to deeply penetrate the meat. After marinating for several hours,
the steak is quickly seared on a hot grill or cast-iron skillet to lock in the juices and create a deliciously charred exterior.
