Shredded Beef & Cheese Pastry Rolls
Ingredients:
1 lb cooked shredded beef (e.g., from pot roast)
8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 package puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: Dipping sauce (au jus or marinara)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
In a bowl, mix the shredded beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add mozzarella cheese and stir to combine.
