INGREDIENTS

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 potatoes

  • 100g (3/4 cup) of frozen peas

  • Salt

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • 300g (1 1/4 cups) of mayonnaise



METHOD


1. Cut the carrots and potatoes and transfer them to the steamer. Let it steam for 20 minutes, then remove it from the heat and let it cool. Transfer to the bowl.

2. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Finally, add the mayonnaise and mix it all well with a spatula.

3. Serve on a plate and decorate with boiled eggs.
