Potato Stuffed Dumplings

Potato stuffed dumplings are a hearty and comforting dish enjoyed in various cuisines around the world.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg of boiled and peeled potatoes
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
1/2 tablespoon butter
200g of sliced cheese
1 egg
1/2 envelope of orange seasoning

PREPARATION METHOD

Love potatoes like you would make mashed potatoes. Place the egg, the seasoning, the flour and mix everything until making a dough that does not stick to the hand. Reserve.

Cut the cheese into small squares. Take the dough with a not very full spoon, put it in your hand, open it, put the cheese. Make balls and fry in hot oil
