Peanut Butter Balls

Peanut butter balls

Peanut Butter Balls are a classic no-bake sweet treat that combines the rich, creamy taste of peanut butter with the indulgent sweetness of chocolate. These bite-sized confections are perfect for satisfying your dessert cravings and are incredibly easy to make,

requiring minimal ingredients and no oven time. Typically, the base of the recipe consists of peanut butter, powdered sugar, and sometimes crushed graham crackers, which are mixed together to form a smooth and pliable dough.

This dough is then rolled into small, round balls and dipped in melted chocolate to create a glossy, decadent coating.

Ingredients:

  •  6 tablespoons unsalted butter – softened
  •  1 c. creamy peanut butter – avoid the natural peanut butter with oils
  •  16 ounces chocolate bark
  •  2 c. powdered sugar

How to make Peanut Butter Balls:

1: Combine the peanut butter and butter in a medium-sized bowl until creamy. Gradually stir in the powdered sugar and continue mixing until well incorporated.
2: Tent the peanut butter ball and keep it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
3: Once the peanut butter ball is ready, scoop about 1-inch size balls. Roll and shape them, then put them on a cookie sheet. Pop in the freezer.
4: On top of a saucepan filled with water, place a heat-safe bowl. Add the chocolate bark into the bowl and heat to boil, stirring until the chocolate is thoroughly melted.
5: Take the peanut butter balls out of the freezer. Stick a toothpick into one peanut butter ball and dip it into the chocolate. Then, tap your wrist a couple of times with your other hand. This will free some of the drippage.
6: Onto a sheet of wax paper, drop the coated balls, and let them harden. Transfer the balls into a container once hardened and keep them in the fridge or on the counter
