Pasta Bolognese

Pasta Bolognese

Pasta Bolognese is a classic Italian dish that has become a beloved comfort food worldwide. It features a rich, savory meat-based sauce that is slow-cooked to perfection, allowing the flavors to meld together beautifully.

The foundation of the dish is the Bolognese sauce, which traditionally combines ground beef or a mix of beef and pork, aromatic vegetables such as onions, carrots, and celery, and a blend of tomatoes, wine, and herbs. The sauce is simmered for hours to achieve a deep, robust flavor and a velvety texture.

Ingredients

1 package of noodles type noodles (500g)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove of minced garlic
1 chopped onion
200g minced meat
1 can of store-bought tomato sauce (340g)
Salt and black pepper to taste
cilantro parsley to taste

Method of preparation

Cook the pasta over medium heat with water and salt for 10 minutes or until “al dente”. In another pan, place the olive oil, garlic, onion and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden.
