Marble cake is a classic and visually stunning dessert that combines the flavors of vanilla and chocolate in a beautifully swirled pattern,

resembling the intricate veining of marble. This timeless treat is made by alternating dollops of vanilla and chocolate cake batters in a pan and then gently swirling them together with a knife or skewer to create its signature marbled effect.

The result is a moist, tender, and flavorful cake that offers the perfect balance of rich chocolate and sweet vanilla in every bite.

Ingredients:⠀ ⠀

250 Gr of wheat flour⠀

125 grams of butter⠀

4 Eggs ⠀

150 grams of sugar ⠀

15 g of cocoa powder⠀

3 teaspoons baking powder⠀ 50 ml of milk⠀

1 pinch of salt⠀ ⠀

Preparation⠀ ⠀

First of all, we will grease the mold that we are going to use with butter and then we will sprinkle flour on top.⠀ ⠀

In a bowl we will mix the flour together with the yeast, sifted.⠀

In the mixer, we will beat the butter (at room temperature) together with the sugar, until the mixture is whitish and smooth.⠀ ⠀

Gradually add 3 egg yolks and one whole egg to the sugar mixture and continue beating. Reserve the remaining whites.⠀ ⠀

Add to this mixture the sifted flour and milk and beat 🧑🏻‍🍳.⠀

In a separate bowl, beat the 3 egg whites together with a pinch of salt, beat until stiff.⠀ ⠀

Add the egg whites to the previous mass, stir well.

Split the dough in two and separate into two containers.⠀

To one of the parts, add the cocoa powder, mix well.⠀

Add to the greased mold at the beginning, a layer of natural dough, another of dough with cocoa, one of natural, one of cocoa...

like this until the dough is finished, with this procedure we will get the famous cake 😍
