Ingredients



**For the cake:**

- 200 g of wheat flour

- 200 g of sugar

- 4 eggs

- 100 ml of sunflower oil

-Zest of 2 lemons

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

**For the syrup:**

- Juice of 2 lemons

- 50 g of sugar

- 50 ml of water

**For the glaze:**

- 150 g of icing sugar

- 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice



Instructions



1. **Prepare the Cake:**

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.

- Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are foamy.

- Add the oil and lemon zest and continue beating.

- Add the sifted flour and yeast and mix until homogeneous.

- Pour the mixture into a greased mold and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden.
