Jerk Lemon Pepper Salmon is a flavorful and aromatic dish that combines the bold, spicy essence of jerk seasoning with the zesty,

tangy kick of lemon pepper. This fusion creates a delightful balance of Caribbean-inspired heat and bright citrusy notes, making it a standout meal for seafood lovers. The salmon fillet is marinated or coated with a blend of jerk spices,

which typically includes ingredients like allspice, thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg, garlic, and scotch bonnet peppers. This seasoning brings a robust flavor profile, with a touch of smokiness and a fiery edge that pairs beautifully with the natural richness of salmon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 pieces of Salmon (about 1 ½ lbs)
  • 2 T Butter
  • 1 T Peanut or Canola Oil only
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • Roasted vegetables (Sea rodeo under, ‘Vegetables’)
  • 2 T Jerk Seasonings (blend)
  • 1 T Salt
  • 1 T Black Pepper
  • ½ T Chile Powder
  • ¼ T Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ T Paisley
  • 2 tap Papdka
  • 1 T Thyme
  • 1 T Cinnamon
  • ½ Nutmeg
  • ½ All Spice
  • 1 T Brown Sugar
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning:
  • 1 T Salt
  • 1 T Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 T Lemon Zest

Directions
Fleet skillet to Mien Add butter Peanut or Canola oil.
Rinse salmon, pat dry. Pour a drizzle of oil over. Season all sides with your Jerk and Lemon Pepper seasonings.
When butler is melted beginning to brown and pan is slightly smoking, gently add salmon Sear for 2-3 mins. Salmon should be slightly charred after flipping
Next place Salmon and sliced lemons in a light greased. oven safe dish. Broi on high in center rack for 8-10 mins until cooked thru. Splash with lemon juice immediately once removed roasted veggies

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Personal Notes: PRO TIP: This method is called pan searing. Make sure your butter begins to brown before adding
Salmon. This will give the salmon that charred seasoned coating.
