°125g butter
°125g sugar
°125g flour
°2 eggs
°2 untreated citrons
°1 packet of baking powder
°1 pinch of salt
Instruction
In a bowl, beat the soft butter with the sugar to obtain a creamy mixture, make the eggs one by one then mix
Grate the zest and take the juice of the two lemons, add to the preparation while mixing
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt then all in the preparation, mixing lightly
Butter and sugar two small springform pans of 16 cm or a single mold of 18 to 22 cm then divide the dough between them
Bake at 180° for 20 to 25 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes before unmolding.
