French Toast Bake is a delicious and comforting breakfast or brunch dish that transforms the classic flavors of French toast into a warm, oven-baked casserole.
This dish combines thick slices or cubes of bread—often a hearty variety like brioche, challah, or French bread—with a rich and creamy custard made from eggs,
milk, cream, sugar, and a blend of warm spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. The bread soaks up the custard mixture, ensuring every bite is moist and flavorful.
