Ingredients

°1 slice of country bread 2.5 cm (1 inch) or raisin bread or nut bread

°Quality butter

°raw sugar

°Cinnamon

°Salt

*Preparation

Toast the bread over high heat to obtain a crispy surface and a soft interior.

Butter immediately, then sprinkle with the desired amount of sugar and cinnamon.

Garnish with a few flakes of salt. Taste quickly.
