Chocolate crepes are a delightful and indulgent dessert that combines the rich, velvety taste of chocolate with the soft, thin texture of traditional French crepes.

These sweet treats are made by incorporating cocoa powder or melted chocolate into the crepe batter, resulting in a luscious, chocolate-infused base that is perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth.

The batter is carefully prepared to ensure a smooth and silky texture, then poured onto a hot skillet or crepe pan to create thin, delicate layers that cook to perfection.

Ingredients:

  •  Fryna cup
  • 2 tablespoons of brown cocoa
  • Vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 grains of eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  •  Chocolate for coating

How to prepare:
• In a bowl, put the flour, cocoa, sugar,
Vanilla, eggs and milk. We mix everyone
well until we get a liquid mixture
homogeneous, then let it rest for 15 minutes
At least then we add oil.
• Heat a crepe pan and grease it
With butter, put a quantity of crepe mixture
On a low heat until it is level on both sides
Then we put it on a plate and paint it
With chocolate to coat, then we close the pill and
Decorate as desired.
