Cherry Almond Yogurt Loaf Recipe
1 Β½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
Β½ tsp salt
ΒΎ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup sugar (or ΒΎ cup if using sweetened yogurt)
3 large eggs
Β½ tsp almond extract
Β½ tsp vanilla extract
Β½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)

cup sliced almonds
Optional glaze:
Β½ cup powdered sugar + 1β2 tsp milk or lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) . Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, eggs, and extracts until smooth.
Slowly mix wet into dry, then stir in oil until just combined.
Fold in cherries and pour into pan. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
Bake for 45β55 mins, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean
Cool completely. Drizzle with glaze if you like extra sweetness
