Ingredients

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 🌾

ΒΎ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt πŸ₯£

1 cup sugar (or ¾ cup if using sweetened yogurt) 🍚

3 large eggs πŸ₯š

½ tsp almond extract 🌰

½ tsp vanilla extract 🌼

1 cup pitted cherries (fresh or frozen) πŸ’

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) πŸ”₯. Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment.

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, eggs, and extracts until smooth.

Slowly mix wet into dry, then stir in oil until just combined.
