Cheesecake de uva verde

Cheesecake Uva Verde is a delightful and sophisticated dessert that combines the creamy, rich texture of traditional cheesecake with the refreshing and tangy flavor of green grapes.

This dessert stands out not only for its taste but also for its visually appealing presentation, making it a perfect choice for special occasions or as a centerpiece for gatherings.

Ingredients:
For the cortez:
200g (2 cups) of Graham migas de galletas

500g (2 cups) of queso crema, smooth
200 ml (3 ⁄4 cups) of cream weighed or double cream
150g (3 ⁄4 cup) of Azúcar granulada
2 large eggs
2 cucharadas of cornstarch (to help stabilize the queso tarta)
1 cucharadita vanilla extract
Ralladura de limón (optional, for a citrus savory toque)
For the green UV gel topping:
200 g (alrededor de 1 taza) of uvas verdes frescas, a la mitad (las uvas sin semillas funcionan mjor)
50 ml (1 ⁄4 cup) of lima juice (o uva juice for a sweeter savor)
100g (1 ⁄2 cup) of granulated water
1 cucharada of maicena
Some green food coloring options (optional, for a more vibrant topping)
To adorn:

Instructions:
Step 1: prepare the corteza

1️⃣4️⃣ Chill the topping: make sure the mixture is cooled, leave the heat and is already cooled at room temperature.
Paso 5: Montar la tarta de queso


1️⃣5️⃣ Add the queso tarta: after the tarta has been completely chilled, extend the green gel chilled evenly on the upper part of the tarta, use a spatula to soften it.
