Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt

2 cups heavy cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three round cake pans.
